We will consider them all, but only a few properties will ever make it onto our books. Properties are selected on the basis of location, resort facilities, rentability and future potential return. Once we have decided to represent a property, full due diligence is undertaken before we will market it and make it available to purchase through us.

Our Bulgarian staff obviously have a similar understanding, but additionally we depend on them for translation services with developers, for checking validity of documents issued to us and for liaising with Bulgarian businesses we're involved with such as lawyers, local government, mortgage companies and furniture suppliers.
