FLEXIBLE INSPECTION VISITS

Understandably with a purchase of this significance many of our clients want to see properties first hand before purchasing and the majority of those people have never been to Bulgaria before. Our inspection visits offer you the opportunity to get a feel for the area you are looking to invest in and view a number of properties that you have shown an interest in.

In general we arrange an inspection visit once a month, going across a weekend and in most instances they are accompanied by a representative from the UK. They are arranged a one or two months in advance of the trip date and are subject to availability.

Our Inspection trips are very informal with no pressure to buy, although we do need to ensure that the properties you'll see are of genuine interest to you, prior to your trip . We also expect that, as we are heavily subsidising the inspection, you will provide us the courtesy of not making your own independent viewings of other developments during your visit.

Alternatively, we are able to help you arrange your own flexible inspection visit giving advice and recommendations on airports, flights and accommodations and in most cases will be able to arrange transportation to and from the airport and to property sites.

SEMINARS

If you do not have the opportunity to attend an inspection visit but feel you still require further information and would like to meet one of our representatives - why not attend one of our seminars?

You'll be able to discover a number of properties, find out about a brief history of Bulgaria, be brought up-to-date on current events affecting the property market and learn about different locations. Plus there will be members of staff on hand for any queries or questions you may have.

Alternatively you are more than welcome to arrange to come and visit our staff in our offices in Ampthill, Bedfordshire.
